She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hinz and Martha Warner Hinz; and her brother Gregory Hinz. She is survived by: her husband David O'Rourke; her stepchildren, Tony O'Rourke (Melanie), Helen Smedo (Bob) and Ruth Ramsower (Eric); her former husband Gary Nye; her sons, Nathan Nye (Ann) and Tyler Nye (Alison); her granddaughters, Savannah Nye and Ava Nye; and her siblings, Janice Burke (Dennis) and John Hinz (Emily Garber).
