He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordis Decker and Fannie Decker (Baker); his son Tim Decker; his son-in-law Bob Hammond; his grandson William Marvin Cowell; and his siblings, Jerry, Jim, Riley Decker, Mary Ruth Reeves, Ruby Harrell and Brenda Bratton.
He is survived by: his former spouse Tolice Martin; his wife Helen Decker; his daughters, Theresa Hammond, Belinda Cowell (Curt) and Lisa McFarland (Sean); his daughter-in-law Pam Decker of South Haven; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Huebner (Marj) of Chicago and Jennifer Leard (David) of Houston, Texas.; and his siblings, Lovie Wolding of Hamilton, MI, Sue Lester of Lake City, AR. and Robin Decker of Manila, AR.. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
