He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Percival and Bernice Percival (Sherman); his wife Yvonne; his son Dwight; and his siblings, Richard, Roger and Velma York.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley, Frank (Lois Jean), Peter (Barbara), Carolyn and Daniel (Joyce); and his close friend Violet Spencer. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
