She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Prim and Mildred Prim; and her sister Cindy Reyna. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Moak (James) and Tammy Schnooberger (Dana); her grandchildren, Mike Moak, Jamey Moak and Erin Schnooberger; her great grandchildren, Angelina Moak, James Moak, Rowan Moak and Kooper Watkins; and her siblings, Dian Clarke, Beverly Peeler, Alvin Prim, Nancy Anthony, Jack Prim and Marie Lowe.

Please make a donation in her honor to Caring Circle Hospice, who gave her such loving care these past few months.
