He is survived by: his children, Kristine Hoitt (Steve) and Jason Bromberek (Mary); his stepchildren, Lynn Kelemen (Rick), Tim Holmes (Andrea) and Brian Holmes (Becky); and his friend Larry Burns. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, five sisters.
