He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Sperry and Mae Cummings Sperry; and his siblings, Dorothy Naranjo, Carolyn Muirhead and Leonard Sperry.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Sperry; his children, Scott Sperry (Karen) of Kalamazoo, Betsy Shehigian (Jim) of Boulder and David Sperry of Bolton, Massachusetts.; and his grandchildren, Heather (Adam), Bradley Sperry, Nicholas Shehigian and Sarah Shehigian.
