He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Smith and Lita Smith; and his brother Gregg Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Mark (Nancy) of Suprise, AZ; his daughters, Jennifer Salasky (Steve) of Grand Rapids and Rachel Vigna (Brian) of Caledonia; his grandchildren, Nick, Noah, Andrea Salasky, Emma, Erin and Allison Vigna; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Dorow (Jon) and Stephanie McCloughan (Joel); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan (Macy), Mallory Dorow, Jared (Liz), Brandon and Caleb McCloughan; and his great grandchild Riley Dorow.
