She is survived by: her daughter Lanatia "Lonnie" Polk of Watervliet; her sister Elizabeth Polk of Nashville; her grandchildren, Eugenia Polk, Treshana Davis and Rachel Blunt; and her great grandchildren, Quantrell, Ja'quon, Kaniyah Polk, Cherysh, Destiny Lynch, Ahmari, Aaden, Autumn Hoskins, Antowane and Ayona London.
