She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R Jackson, Susan D Banks, Nancy E Scott and Janis Greiffendorf (Clay); and her stepdaughters, Therese Wake, Shelly Vincent (Jim) and Shirley Stavinga (Ron).
Memorial donations in memory of Evelyn may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Hospice.
