She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Tomsa and Eleanor Tomsa (Shugars). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Skinner; her sons, Brian Skinner (Melissa) and Brett Skinner (Latesha); her grandchildren, Cody Skinner, Christian Skinner (Leah), Jordan Verrett (Eric), Colton Skinner and Kameron Skinner; and her brother Kenneth Tomsa. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.
