She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Freed and Julia Rose Freed (Zimmerman); her brother Thomas Freed; her husband George; and her grandson Travis Stivers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Portman (Jerry) of South Haven, MI, Pamela Stivers of Cuenca and Ecuador; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Surns (Rob), Jennifer Kindt (Dave), Brenda Kindt (Rob), Nicole Portman and Geory Stivers.
