He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Hooper and Teresa Rowland. He is survived by: his close friend Debra; his children, Roger Cummins (Morgan) of Bangor, Stacey Brugh of South Haven, Stephanie Hooper of Valdosta, GA and Daniel Hooper of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Macie, Konnor, Kaiu, Xavier and Mercedes; and his brothers, Jeff Hooper (Chris), Daniel Abbott (Tracy) and Donald Abbott (Mickey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
