He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lewis and Ruth Lewis; and his siblings, Lowell Lewis, Douglas Lewis and Betty Weber (Olga).
He is survived by: his wife Olga Pristupa; his sons, Dennis Lewis of South Haven, Jeffery Lewis (Lita) of South Haven, Bryan Lewis (Carol) of South Haven and Kenneth Lewis (Nichole) of Grandville; his grandchildren, Jaime Hatfield (Steve), Samantha Ruth Lewis, Benjamin Lewis (Marguerite), Timothy Lewis (Anna), Andrew Lewis (Caitlin), Katelyn Lewis and Cameron Lewis; and his great grandchild Helaina Rose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dale Lewis Memorial Fund at Hope Reformed Church or to Habitat for Humanity of Van Buren County.
