She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Underwood and Margaret Underwood (Hinz); her husband James L Hollis Sr.; and her brother Michael J. Underwood. She is survived by: her family, Sandy Lute, Maha and Lynneise Karadsheh; her children, James Hollis Jr. (Ahmed Al-Aabodi) of Kalamazoo, Christopher Hollis of Hartford and Tiffany Tanner (Cornelius) of South Haven; her stepson Greg Hollis (Tina) of Groveland, FL; her grandchildren, Jaden Hollis, Zacorious Tanner, Jocelyn Hollis, Kobe Tanner, Kaley Hollis, Lucas Hollis, Harper Tanner, Amber Hollis and Brittany Hollis; and her siblings, Bonnie Wortman (John) of South Haven, Joseph Underwood (Cathy) of South Haven and Many Cousins. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and Family Friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's name to the family, in care of James Hollis Jr, to manage expenses incurred from the funeral.
