She was predeceased by: her father Conley Horton; her husband George Caldwell; her mother Ada Cunningham (George) of Marshall, Arkansas.; her daughter Tammy Caldwell; and her sister Charlene Boy.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Nondorf (David) of Paw Paw, Teresa Koch (Keven) of North Pole, Alaska and Jeff Moore of South Haven, Michigan.; and her sister Jerlene Parks of Marshall, Arkansas.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
