She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rjasko and Bernice Rjasko (Walenciak). She is survived by: her husband Ralph L. Smith Jr.; her daughters, Tammy Marie Kolberg (Craig) of Suttons Bay and Melissa Ann Garrett (Randy) of South Boardman; her granddaughters, Taylor Marie Kolberg and Madyson Ann Garrett; and her nephews, Rich, Rob and David Rjasko.
