He is survived by: his wife Paula Rae (Rose); his children, Annette Kortz-Jones (Scott), Otis Kortz II, Zachary Kortz and Ezekiel Kortz; his grandchildren, Otto, Ruby, Joshua and Matthew; and his siblings, Iris Anderson, Ward Kortz and Larry Kortz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
