He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Schelske and Reatha Schelske (Beckwith); and his siblings, Bev Huntley, Doris Argetsinger and Daniel Schelske.
He is survived by: his children, Tara Lynn Crow-Schelske, Christopher Lee Schelske and Randy Sterlin Schelske; and his sister Beatrice Griffiths. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
