He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Kitchell and Narcetta Kitchell (Griffin); and his brother Scott Kitchell. He is survived by: his wife Nancye; his children, Jessica Spires (Mark Lausman), Jericho Mannino (Mike) and Joshua Kitchell (Jodie); his stepdaughters, Jane Slone and Kathy Stewart (Jason); his siblings, Mike Kitchell (Vickie), Jeffrey Kitchell, John Kitchell (Brenda) and Alana Kitchell; and his children, Luke, Gracie and Chloe. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Tom's memory to Brain Research Foundation at 111 West Washington Street, Suite 1460 Chicago, Illinois 60602, to assist with research efforts for those battling Glioblastoma.
