She is survived by: her husband Tony; her daughters, Shanna Wade (Matthew Coleman) and Kara Smith; her stepchildren, Amanda Smith (Jared Putz) and Trampas Smith (Tricia); her sisters, Donna Holmer (Al), Linda Gober and Terry Ridge; her grandchildren, Bradley (Kendra), Anthony, Noah, Seth Wade, Rico Hadley, Xavier, Meo Vega-Smith, Honahlee, Halo, Crimson Smith and Chevy Keeton (Austin); and her great grandchild Rylie Keeton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
