He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kruck and Hulda Kruck (Eichler); his son Robert Kruck; and his brother Jerry Kruck. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kruck; his children, Kenneth Kruck (Janine) and Karen Ott (Michael); his daughter-in-law Gina Kruck; his grandchildren, Erik Kruck (Jory), Patrick Ott (Brie), Allison Chipman (Trevor), Josh Kruck, Daniel Kruck, Amanda Ott and Ashley Stahl (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Sterling, Greyson and Callahan; his brother William Kruck (Sue); and his parents-in-law, Jean Froehlich, Connie Froehlich, Eunice Froehlich, Evelyn Keigley (Ronnie) and Helen Vandenberg (Morrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Michigan Lutheran High School.
