He was predeceased by: his parents, Jones Clanton and Hattie Clanton (Jones); his wife Alice; his son-in-law Todd Marckese; and his brothers, Harold, Wallace, Jake and Mack Clanton.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Cohen of Kansas City, MO, Flynn Clanton (Renee) of Medellin, Colombia and Melissa Marckese of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Sasha, Samantha (Juan), Brooks, Olivia, Sophia, Laurie (Danny), Rachel (Lucas), Landon and Ireland; his great grandchildren, Deyah, Damos, Allen, Annalise (Rock), Stella, Jude, Croix and David; and his siblings, Bill Clanton (Diane) of Huntley, IL and Jettie Goodman of Walkerton, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
