He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray T. Kilbourn and Violet Kilbourn (Cole). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baer; his children, Todd Kilbourn, Darren Kilbourn and Tammy Kilbourn; his grandchildren, Shawna Heckman (Greg), Eric Kilbourn (Cammi), Klarissa, Tristen Kilbourn, Brandon and Taylor Minard; and his sisters, Evelyn McCarty and Erdeen Essenmacher.
