He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wylie. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Wylie (Moore); his children, Douglas J. Wylie Jr. (Jessica Callender), Cody Wylie and Jenna Wylie; his siblings, Veronica Wylie (Deanna Marks), Theresa Loomis (Charles), Laura Wylie (Carl Terrasi) and Donald Wylie (Chrissie); and the mother of his children Jill Particka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
