It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theodore Cecil Hubbard of Smiths Creek, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Theodore Hubbard and Ina May Ramage; and his siblings, Clinton Hubbard, Jerry Hubbard (Kay), Rose Marie MacAlpine (Ken), Pearl Haggarty and Becky Stocks.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hubbard; his children, Valentina Visga Jr. (Sylvester) and Christopher Hubbard; his grandchildren, Steve Visga (Kelsey), Elizabeth, Nicholas and Andrew Hubbard; his great grandchildren, Luke and Faith; his brother Floyd Hubbard (Jennie); and his sister-in-law Arlena Hubbard.
