Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Rose Czostkowski of Smiths Creek, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 96, on August 6, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sulkowski and Anna Sulkowski (Cecil); her husband Raymond Czostkowski; her son John Czostkowski; and her brothers, Anthony, Stanley and Edward Sulkowski.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond (Jay) of Goodells, Gerard (Denise) of Smiths Creek and Joseph Czostkowski of Chesterfield; her brother John Sulkowski (Grace); and her nephew Tony Sulkowski. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Holy Family Parish, Memphis.
