He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Alexander and Ruth Sparr (Pollock). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Renee; his children, Brandon Pace (Angela) of Chesterfield, Shawn Pace (Antoneta) of Rochester Hills, Ryan Gostinger of Port Huron, Adam Gostinger of Denver and Travis Sparr of Washington; his grandchildren, Garrett (Courtney), Alexis, Trenten, Olivia, Easton, Haylee, Logan, Vilson, Vanessa and Nikko; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Gavin and Emmett; and his siblings, Alan Sparr (Reta) and Gail Anderson.
In honor of Gary's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
