She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Spana; her children, Matthew John Spana (Kelly) and Tiffany Ann Dietzel (Michael Lukasak); her grandchildren, Zachary, Abby, Boudhe and Bella; her brothers, Mike Lemke (Barb) and Ron Lemke (Margaret); and her pet Oliver. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
