He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Miller and Johanna Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberley Miller; his wife Pamela Miller; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bishop; his son Ryan Miller; his siblings, Leonard Miller (Barb) and Susan; his niece Emily Shepard-Miller; and his sister Eva (Joe). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
