It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori L. Race of Six Lakes, Michigan, born in Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Myers and Donna Rueckert; her grandmother Alberta Kosht; and her sister Brenda Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Frank H. Race of Six Lakes; her children, Christopher Penix (Kayla) of Canadian Lakes, Ronald Penix, Jr. of Standish and Katie Race of Six Lakes; her grandchildren, Austin Penix and Chloe Penix; her siblings, Ron Myers of Elsie, James Forrest of Lansing, Dan Glaspie (Amanda) of Ionia, Lloyd Rueckert of Lansing, Mark Rueckert of Lake Odessa, Kimberly Darnell of Muir, Sandra Hill of Lansing and Michelle Anes of Lake Odessa; and her friend Sally Kelley of Ithaca. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
