He is survived by: his former spouse Gwyneth Phillips (Smith); his wife Marcia Luke; his children, Heather Toth (Matt Mortenson), Scott Toth (Dena) and Amy Lynn Bosch (Tim); his grandchildren, Ron, Drew, Tegan, Kirstin, Garrett, Sarah and Ian; his great grandchildren, Carter, Avery and Dante; and his stepchildren, Tommy (Jan), Marie (Brian) and Marcia Ann.
