He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cunningham and Charlotte Cunningham (Slocum). He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Brooks; his wife Brenda Cunningham; his children, Ericka Sikkenga (Mike), Rebecca Andrus (Chase), Robert "Isaac" Cunningham and Ian Cunningham; his grandchildren, Ethan Kipp, Olivia Kipp, Adam Sikkenga, Asher Sikkenga, Malachi Sikkenga and Jozlynne Mathis; and his siblings, Vicki Siegrist (Steve), Michelle Cunningham, Marty Cunningham and Curt Cunningham (Jennifer). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lakeview Baptist Church Fund and lightly or non-scented flowers (Brenda has allergies/migraines).
