She is survived by: her husband David Kelsey; her children, Stephen Burgstahler (Gayle), Holly Fournier, David Kelsey (Irene), Melissa Kirkilewski (Matt), Thomas Renslow (Katie), Serena Credille (Nathan) and Jonathan Kelsey (Annie); her grandchildren, JT, Nathan, Eli, Charis, Micah, Andrew, Olivia, Cameron, Abigail, Sophia and Lucas; her brother Richard Crooks (Janet); and her sister-in-law Diane Crooks.
