He was predeceased by : his parents, Verney Withey and Betty Withey (Christisen); his wife Cynthia; his brother Randy Withey; his parents-in-law, Peter Sr. and Jane Slifka; and his brother-in-law Peter Slifka, Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Armon Jr. Withey (Linda) of Illinois, Peter Withey (Stacey Futh) of Wisconsin and Lisa Withey (Kirk Disch) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Alaina, Ashley, Anthony, Addison and Alec; his siblings, LaVern Withey of Six Lakes and Karen Etchart (Carl "Cowboy") of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Slifka, Linda Provost (Kenneth), Rosemary Farfaglia (Paul) and Sheila Babcock (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Simpson Family Funeral Homes (225 W Cedar St, Stanton, MI 48888). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
