He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his sisters, Mary Joiner and Sue Tozer; his parents-in-law, Walt and Beverly Bristol; his siblings-in-law, Dan Bristol (Denise), Susan Wilson (Mike) and Julie Enzor (Mark); his nieces, Megan Wilson and Samantha Hoffman; his great-niece Sadie Hoffman; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Teer, Ann Thompson and Darlene Jensen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
