She was predeceased by: her father William H. Leeke; her husband Sidney Charles Phelps; her mother Faye Leeke; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Cecile Phelps; and her granddaughter Hallie Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Phelps (Anita), Lu Ann (Hal) and Ronald Phelps (Cheryl). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
