He was predeceased by: his parent Rynal; his sister Marion Alexander; his niece Marcia Alexander; and his cousin Rynal Haling. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Cheryl Springsteen (Nick) of Greenville, Eulonda Rutherford (Richard) of Fenwick, Tamara Davies (Leo) of Grand Rapids, David Johnson (Renee) of Sidney and Michael Johnson of Sidney; his grandchildren, Anna Springsteen, Thomas Springsteen (Ashley), Joshua Rutherford (Abby), Britani Guild (Joshua), Graham Davies (Stephanie), Andrew Davies (Julie), Leo Davies (Rebecca), David Johnson (Melissa), Jeremiah Johnson (Crystal), Benjamin Johnson (Leeanne), Mathew Johnson (Brittany), Corinna Gainey (Dewey), Brent Johnson (April), Kelly Davies, Lennon Davies and Katherine Johnson (Travis Dunn); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Schaun, Isabel, Riley, Hadley, Matias, Ayden, Lily, Krystalyn, Abbey, Brandon, Baidon, Claire, Drew, Chelsea, Beau, Evann, Cade, Alok, Raleigh, Idan, Lucas, Owen, Collin, Elaina, Emery, Amery, Liam and Mila.
