He is survived by: his parents, John Christophersen and Lillian Christophersen (Corfixsen); his sister Christine Boshoven (Rick); and his nephews, Aric Boshoven of Indiana and Ben Boshoven of Indiana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
