She was predeceased by: her parents, John Besaw and Margaret Besaw (Warchuck); her husband James Leo Palmer; and her siblings, John, Pat, Stanley, David, William and Alice.
She is survived by: her son Dominic Palmer of Iron Mountian; her grandchildren, James and April; her siblings, Eleanor Livermore (George) of VanMeer and Donald "Duck" Besaw (Janet) of Shingleton; and her sister-in-law Sharon Besaw of Shingleton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
