He is survived by: his wife Maxine Thomas (Ely); and his children, Pam Davis (Jerry), Jim Penix, Tim Penix (Patty), Sue Sisson (Vinton), Lori Castillo (Manny) and Gale Della Santina (Charley). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
