He is survived by: his wife Peggy Campbell; his children, Thomas Bishop Jr. (Jamie) and Benjamin Bishop (Mandy); his grandchildren, Jace Bishop (Shayla), Taylor Bishop (Jaylen), Kassidy Bishop and Zachary Bishop (Adah); his sister-in-law Rhonda Bishop; and his close friends, Jeff and Gayle VanVorst.
