Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Alice Stanton of Sherwood, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 76, on November 11, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Miller and Irene Miller (Cartwright); and her grandson Adam Stanton. She is survived by: her husband Erwin Stanton; her sons, Terry and Matt; her sister Toni Gothard (Tom); her nieces, Debbie, Becky and Pam; her sons, John Stanton (Anna), Jeff Stanton (Sara) and Jason Stanton (Taylor) of Sherwood; her grandchildren, Maria Herman (Jordan), Cody Stanton (Kate), Siana Bollman (Adam), Alivia Moore (Caleb), Toren Stanton (Makenzie), Carson Stanton (Abby), Amelia, Addison and Eslie Stanton; her great grandchildren, Catalina, Clara, Madelyn, Parker and Grace; and her friends, Brenda and Martha.
Memorial donations can be made in honor of Mary to the Michigan State Parks and Recreation in order to keep the love she had for the outdoors that our great state of Michigan has to offer ongoing.
