He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leonard and Joyce Leonard (Briggs); and his brothers, Ricky and Randy Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Donisha Leonard of Sherwood; his children, David Otis Jr. (Leonard) and Michelle Leonard Smurr (Zachary) of Union City; his grandson Spencer Allen Smurr; his sisters, Tammy Harker (Joe) and Kimberly Keller (Bill); and his pet Otis Ramon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church (501 Division St, Union City, MI 49094). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
