The memory of Gary Lynn Briggs of Sherwood, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 67, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Briggs and Stella Briggs (Peters); his granddaughter Shelby; and his siblings, Rick Briggs, Rebecca Briggs and Velva Ann Briggs.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Briggs of Akron, OH, Brad Briggs of Litchfield, Brandon Briggs of Sherwood and Brianna Hawkins (Craig) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Elena, Zoey, Freya, Kayden, Raven, Abigale, Morgan, Gregory, Connor and Jacob; his great grandchild Greyson; and his siblings, Wayne Briggs (Joyce) and Wanda Coryell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crossroads Bible Church (1144 Dunks Rd, Sherwood, MI 49089). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
