It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Lee Collins of Sherwood, Michigan, born in Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Hattie James Collins (Wilson); and his siblings, James Collins, Eddie Collins, Alfreda Miller and Iva Blowers.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Cynthia Grinnell; his children, Iva Grinnell-Slone of Union City, Cindy Sheriff (Kenneth) of Sherwood and Kyle Kidney of Sherwood; and his brothers, David Collins (Cathy) of Bronson, Daniel Collins (Alice) of Sherwood and Joseph Waltz of Kalamazoo.
