With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Thomas Kaniewski of Sherwood, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David Thomas left this world on November 10, 2024 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Kaniewski and Mildred J. Kaniewski (Carpenter); and his sister-in-law Michele "Miki" Kaniewski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kaniewski of Sherwood; his children, Scott Kaniewski of Sherwood, Todd Kaniewski of Sherwood and Rebecca Hiebert (Kip) of Wilsey, KS; his granddaughters, Rachel Morrison (Chris), Leah Reinert (Joseph) and Amy Hiebert; his great grandchildren, Emmalyn Reinert and Ellis Reinert; and his brother Dennis Kaniewski of Sherwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Factoryville Bible Church (33650 Factoryville Rd, Leonidas, MI 49011). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sherwood Cemetery (548 N Main St, Sherwood, MI 49089).
