He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Ray and Mary Elizabeth Badgley (Williams); and his close friend Thelma Petersen. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary (Gail Badgley) and David Badgley; and his close friends, Roger and Martha Slack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
