He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow Evans and Ellen Evans (Koston); his wife Cindy Beechler; his son Michael Evans; and his siblings, Terry, Harlow "Buzz" Evans and Janice Kinsey.

He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Blaisdell of Sheridan and Tony Evans (Jamie) of Alma; his daughter-in-law Janina Evans; his grandchildren, Scylar (Zach), Lillian (Andres), Paityn, Abbi (Caleb), Emily (Parker), Joy and Paige; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Michael, Hudson and Wesley; his sisters, Geila Teegardin (Terry) and Twyla Peterman (Al); and his siblings-in-law, Wendy, Rhonda Evans and Dave Kinsey.
