He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Russell and Doris Russell. He is survived by: his children, Dixie Wandel of Sheridan, Lauri Czarnecki (Bob) of Crystal, Amy Russell (Scott Linder) of New Hampton, Iowa, Todd Russell of Sheridan and Marty Russell of Greenville; his grandchildren, Meranda Rauch of New Hampton, Dustin Wandel of Sheridan, Nicholas Implom (Krysta) of Nunica, Tyler Implom (Chyna) of Nunica, Erynne Parmelee (Carlon) of Big Rapids and Riley Russell of Greenville; his siblings, Deborah Russell, MD (Brian Wellman) of Saginaw and Doug Russell (Ella) of Sheridan; his close friend Elizabeth Edwards; and also Shawn.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Homes (246 S Main St, Sheridan, MI 48884).
