He is survived by: his mother Dawn Dodge; his children, Jaimes Dodge (Krystal Torrey), Jonn Myers (Mary Aldrich), Jessica Strong (Quentin), Ashleigh Crandall (Cody Wilson) and Amanda Crandall; his grandchildren, Jazzmyne, Jaden, Sarah and Ariana; and his close friend Mike Moore.
